The Moment It All Came Together
It all started in the middle of a coaching call.
One moment, I was helping a client work through their messaging — and the next, I had to stop mid-sentence because I began to see something vivid in my mind. It was so clear and so strong that I grabbed a pen and started drawing what I was seeing — circles orbiting around a center point, like a solar system.
At first, I didn’t understand it. But as I sketched, it was as if the Lord was showing me something — that what I was seeing wasn’t a solar system at all, but a blueprint. A pattern. A framework.
That drawing became the foundation of what I now call Relationship-Centric Marketing™ — a model built on Kingdom principles that mirror how God designed relationships, community, and transformation.
Just like our relationship with Jesus sits at the center of our lives and brings everything into alignment, the same is true in business and ministry. When we place relationship at the center — first with God, then with people — purpose aligns. Vision becomes clear. Systems begin to serve people instead of people serving systems.
And when that alignment happens, the entire atmosphere shifts. Your organization becomes a reflection of Heaven’s order — a place where people, customers, and communities can encounter something different. Something alive.
That moment changed everything for me. It revealed that this wasn’t just about marketing — it was about helping Kingdom leaders, ministries, nonprofits, and small businesses bring divine order and relational transformation into every part of what they build.
The Refining Season
Before the R | C Framework™ was born, I had a consulting business and a growing family — life was moving forward, everything appearing steady — until a season came that completely unraveled life as I knew it. My marriage was breaking apart, my kids and I were uprooted twice, and I sustained an elbow injury that left me repeatedly unable to use my right arm. In the middle of all that loss, I made the decision to shut everything down and let the Lord completely undo me so He could rebuild me from the inside out.
In that space of surrender, I found myself serving two ministries that became living examples of what Kingdom order looks like on earth — places where presence shaped process, and people mattered more than systems. I witnessed firsthand how relationship-centered leadership could heal culture, create sustainability, and transform communities from the inside out.
Now, stepping out of that refining season and preparing to relaunch this business, I carry that same heart into every organization I serve. Everything I build now flows from alignment, simplicity, and relationship — because I’ve lived the transformation firsthand.
What the Path Forward Looks Like
This next season isn’t about rebuilding what was — it’s about building what’s becoming.
The R | C Framework™ was born out of surrender, and it will always stay rooted there. My heart moving forward is to help ministries, nonprofits, and small businesses return to the way God originally designed us to operate — through relationship, alignment, and Kingdom order.
This means helping leaders rediscover clarity in their vision, simplify their systems, and build healthy cultures that make space for presence and people. Because when organizations are structured around relationship, transformation isn’t something we chase — it becomes something we live.

My mission isn’t just to help organizations become more efficient — it’s to help them come into alignment with Heaven’s design. I’ve seen how bringing relationship back to the center of leadership, systems, and structure brings peace where there was striving, clarity where there was confusion, and fruitfulness where things once felt dry.
Each organization I work with — whether a ministry, nonprofit, or business — carries a Kingdom assignment. My mission is to help them rediscover it, realign their systems around it, and release transformation that multiplies beyond their walls. Because when people and purpose are aligned, the Kingdom advances.
